Trainees and alumnae are provided career support/retention services. Each woman completes an individual retention plan with the Career Coach who follows her move into the workplace. Other retention strategies include continued contact with our alumnae through mentoring, job site visits, phone calls, newsletters and special events. We offer support to employers by providing intervention and counseling when requested. Alumnae are welcome to use our services to update their resumes, take GED classes, perform job search, or obtain personal counseling.
