





On January 13th, Patricia Jessamy visited Caroline Center to offer encouragement and advice to our women. She She left us with four basic keys to success - education, self-respect, good choices, and support for one another.

On December 11th, Delores Lembach helps Sister Patricia McLaughlin bag toys at Lembach's Arbutus hair salon. Lembach, her emplooyees and customers collected toys to donate to the women who attend Caroline Center. ">Click here to read the full story

On September 14, 2009, Caroline Center received a Certificate of Approval from the Maryland Higher Education Commission. This approval allows us to operate as a Private Career School in Maryland.

On May 12, 2009, Caroline Center women had the opportunity to welcome Sr. Kathleen Feeley back for a visit. Sr. Kathleen, the founder of Caroline Center, is currently working in Ghana, West Africa.

On April 27, 2009, Congressman Cummings visited Caroline Center and shared some inspirational words with the trainees.

CAROLINE CENTER IN THE NEWS
Through a partnership with the Fuel Fund of Maryland, Caroline Center started offering a "Watt Watchers" class to educate women on energy saving tips. The Baltimore Sun wrote an article about a press event held at Caroline Center this summer. Download the article by writer Nick Madigan.
CITI JEANS DAY
Caroline Center received $1,400 in pledges from Citi employees opting to wear jeans to work on Friday in the month of August. Thank you!
